背景宗旨Background


成立背景
在过去的十年间,中国汽车市场通过吸引投资、刺激消费实现了爆炸式增长,截止到2011年底,中国汽车产销量双双突破1840万辆,成为世界第一汽车大国和全球最大的汽车市场。但这并不代表中国就是世界汽车强国了,在核心技术上,自主品牌仍然是一块短板,无法与世界汽车强国媲美。外资品牌依仗核心技术、品牌溢价的优势,分享了中国汽车市场大部分增长盛宴,而国内汽车自主品牌在整个产业结构中仍扮演低附加值的角色。
 
近年来,中国自主品牌汽车制造企业在市场、政策等利好情况下,在低附加值领域实现了快速扩张和原始积累,随着整个产业进入‘十二五’,自主品牌车企实现产业升级,通过自主核心技术创新、管理技术创新、文化和品牌创新向高附加值领域转型已是必然,而要使中国从汽车大国成为汽车强国这一转型的根本基础是要有大批量优秀的创新型科技人才。
 
我国汽车工业自主品牌的发展时间较短,整个产业技术和管理人才极其匮乏,不能满足产业快速发展的需求。随着众多缺乏足够知识、经验和技能的年轻人进入汽车产业,对他们进行高水平的在职继续教育成为迫在眉睫的问题。

Foundation Background
Over the past decade, the Chinese auto market has accomplished explosive growth by attracting investment and stimulating consumption. By late 2011, Chinese auto production and sales had topped 18.4 million units, making China the world's largest auto country and market. However, that does not mean China has been an auto power, and China remains vulnerable in core technologies of independent brands and is no match for auto powers. By advantages in core technology and brand premium, foreign brands have carved up the larger part of the growth of the Chinese auto market, while domestic independent auto brands still play an inferior role in the industrial structure.
 
In recent years, stimulated by favorable market news and policies, Chinese independent automakers have accomplished fast expansion and primary accumulation in low-value-added fields. With the entry of the industry into the "twelfth five-year" period, independent automakers have achieved industrial upgrading, making it inevitable to switch from independent core technology innovation, management technology innovation, and culture and brand innovation to high-value-added fields. The foundation for transforming China from a large auto country into an auto power is multitudes of outstanding innovative technological talents.
 
Chinese independent auto brands have just emerged, are desperately short of industrial technologies and management talents, and cannot meet the need of rapid industrial development. As a great number of young people with limited knowledge, experience and skills have entered the auto industry, high-caliber in-service continuing education has become imminent.

To respond to the upgrading and transformation of Chinese auto industry, improve the R & D and design level of Chinese auto industry, accelerate the establishment of an independent development system for independent automakers, enhance automakers' innovation and development capacity and core competitiveness, and share internationally advanced R & D and management technologies.
